RULES FOR FLOWER SHOW

1.  All classes open
2.  No exhibitor shall win more than one prize in each class
3. A fee of 20p for each entry
4. Entries form with money to Alison Shoote

              By Thursday 14th July or to The Village Hall between 7pm-8pm on 14th July 2011

          5. No entry forms to be accepted after Thursday 14th July 2011

          6. Exhibits to be staged by 10am on 16th July and removed after presentations- if not

              for sale ( Exhibitors must not remove exhibits before 4.30pm)

          7. Prizes may be collected from the secretary during the afternoon from 4pm

          8.Presentation of cups at 4.30 pm    

          9. It will be appreciated if exhibitors will donate their exhibits FOR SALE IN AID OF FUNDS,

              these will be sold after the presentations 

         10.The committee will not hold themselves liable for any loss or accident to person-property or

              exhibits
