RULES FOR FLOWER SHOW

1.  All classes open
2.  No exhibitor shall win more than one prize in each class
3. A fee of 20p for each entry
4. Entries form with money to Hon Sec Mrs P Hempstead

              By Thursday 15th July or to The Village Hall between 7pm-8pm on 15th July

          5. No entry forms to be accepted after Thursday 15th July

          6. Exhibits to be staged by 10am on 18th July and removed after presentations- if not

              for sale ( Exhibitors must not remove exhibits before 4.30pm)

          7. Prizes may be collected from the secretary during the afternoon from 4pm

          8.Presentation of cups at 4.30 pm    

          9. It will be appreciated if exhibitors will donate their exhibits FOR SALE IN AID OF FUNDS,

              these will be sold after the presentations 

         10.The committee will not hold themselves liable for any loss or accident to person-property or

              exhibits
